The roof looks great and the area was left very clean. I was only able to find 1 old nail in some leaves on the side of the house. Based on a passed experience I expected a lot more. RJ Talbot Roofing did an amazing job from start to finish on our roof project. Rick and his team were punctual, efficient, and extremely responsive to every request. They stripped two layers off not only our house, but also two sheds and reshingled everything in one day with zero damage to property. The clean up was just as impressive. I have not found a single nail anywhere in the yard, bushes, or surrounding area around sheds. The team was extremely thorough in the cleanup process which I’m very grateful for as a dog owner. They worked well as a team , and were constantly in motion. The project was done on time and clean up was amazing. Not a shred of any material left, areas raked and dumpster removed next morning. I NEVER write reviews unless the company was horrible or unless they were exceptional; and Rick was exceptional!. Very personal, professional, responsive, and affordable. We had some additional costs as all of our plywood needed to be replaced, but Rick communicated worst case scenario during the consultation, so we were not surprised when those costs came. The time between paying our deposit and actually getting our roof completed was fairly quick. Honestly it probably would have been done sooner, but there was so much rain. Our roof looks great, the roofers did an excellent job with making sure everything was done to a high standard, and they cleaned up all of the materials and debris in the yard after.
